  • We believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. That's why each of our therapists maintain a number of "low fee" or "sliding scale" spots for clients based on their financial situation. Please reach out for more information or to discuss how we can make therapy work for you.

  • A typical therapy session lasts 50 minutes. However, there may be circumstances that require a longer session, this is something you can discuss with your therapist.

  • The time it takes for each person to progress in therapy differs widely, depending on the specific challenges they're facing and how much time they want to invest in their healing journey. Our aim is to help you achieve lasting change by addressing the root causes of your challenges, rather than just offering short-term coping strategies. We want to support you in reaching a point where you feel secure, empowered, and equipped with effective tools to sustain your well-being independently.

  • All sessions must be canceled within 24 hours notice. If not, the full session fee will be charged.
